This policy explains what hotellobbby.com collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Photos you upload, and the previews generated from them. They are used only to create your results.
• Your email address, only if you join the list. We use it to tell you when video unlocks open.
• A random visitor ID cookie and your IP address, used to apply the daily free-preview limit and prevent abuse.

How photos are processed and stored

Photos are sent to our AI infrastructure provider, fal.ai, which stores them and runs the models that create your preview. Uploaded photos are set to expire automatically 7 days after upload. Generated previews are kept by the provider under its own retention settings. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not use them to train models.

Deleting your data

Email hello@hotellobbby.com to ask us to delete your photos, previews or email address, and we will do so.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers needed to run the site: fal.ai (AI processing and photo storage), Vercel (hosting and data storage) and Creem (payments; it receives your email and payment details when you buy, we never see your card). We do not sell personal data.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
